      DO NOT USE THIS BANK. This is far and away the worst banking experience I've ever had, from falsely shutting down my checking account due to fraud and wrecking me financially to MASSIVE overdraft fees that seem to change parameters monthly. Atrocious customer service and out of date technology to add insult to injury. This is quite literally the worst bank I've ever seen, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM I have had to call in a favor from another Simmons branch president 3 times now and they continue to treat my account with no care whatsoever. Bank with literally anyone else

      The loan officers at Simmons bank don't respect or value their customers. I had a loan advisor hang up the phone on me despite the fact that I have gotten 3 loans and paid them all back early. They were unwilling to listen or cooperate with me and now I'm presented with the serious consideration of switching my bank, both business and personal. Much appreciated Brad.
