  Armando Delgado of United Built Homes in the Conroe offices has been extremely helpful in doing his very best to put my family in the home of our choice. We checked out the website as well as several other companies before deciding that this was the way to go and we are so glad we did! Armando has been very patient with us and very timely in getting back to us and answering all of our questions while never making us feel that he is too busy or that we are a headache. As somewhat older folks who aren't as up-to-date with the newest technology and sometimes get lost in the "virtual" world, that attitude has been a godsend! Armando is working with us to acquire the Aspen Loft 60 and it is our first choice but he has also mentioned some fine alternatives also. Bottom line: he will work with you to get what YOU want so you don't feel like you are settling. He is very professional, punctual and the service and personal touches make his customer service outstanding and beyond measure! In a world where good, or even decent, customer service is a rare find today, Armando is the exception. I am tremendously pleased that we went with United Built Homes and Armando Delgado! He, and they, are the bomb!

  After a lot of research we decided to use UBH to built our home in Livingston Tx. We are currently stationed in Washington state expecting to retire out of the military at the beginning of 2023 and want to move back home, so all things have to be done virtually. Having to do this from so far away we were a little worried about how it would all work. So far David and Rory have been great! I know that we are not the easiest people to work with, and the distance makes this challenging, but they have taken our questions, concerns and requests in stride with a smile setting us at ease. We are still in the beginning phase of the home build having picked the floor plan, finishes and orientation on our land. They have handled all the required permitting, lot clearing and basically everything else up to this point so we have been able to relax and enjoy the process of building our dream home. I will be posting more about our experience as the build happens.
