      They were racist with me, they told me that everything was fine and shortly after, no. They did not answer the calls that Aaron is very unprofessional and despotic

      We been dealing with this UBH office since May 2021 it has been a disaster. Kept getting promises that home would be done by November 2021 then December 2021 and now we were left with a home that was done horribly. It's not move in ready and they made it impossible for us to get our water and sewer connected so it's not move in ready. Nothing being done at the home it's been months since they been by. As first time home buyers they really took advantage of us. I will not recommend them at all unless your buying a big expensive home then you will not be their priority. They did everything horribly and it has been affecting pur lives not being able to move in or home yet. I wish I could post pictures because it's ridiculous. It's really taken a toll on our family's future...
