      It's great for Buisness when a New Bank called United Buisness Bank took over First State Bank Blocking all funds causing catistrofic ripple effect holding all funds for a lengthy period causing many overdrafts & non payments to other vendor's set up on bill pay. I had to close my Bank accounts and pull out all available cash to pay bills. Thay said it was the only way to get my money. Close an active Buisness and personal accounts all set up! Or wait until thay get online with no clear answer as to when. Then I had all the overdraft charges? Fees trying to clear up my credit du to all bills not being paid! Nice! Way to treat your new customers.
