  Do not use this bank, even if you absolutely have to. I recently finished a 1 year long construction loan with this bank and went through several loan officer changes, dealt with incorrect late fee notices every payment, and no one in the building had an accurate account of what work had been completed on the my house. Every single disbursement was delayed for entirely arbitrary reasons. Not a single disbursement worked the same way. This bank did not even give me a 1098 document for my tax return and tried to just send me a few bits of information instead. If you are still not convinced, one loan officer showed up to my personal address in tears because they could no longer suffer working for this bank, and apologized. Even the mortgage broker who got me into this deal with this bank apologized after their only decent loan officer left (our starting loan officer) and at one point advised me to get a lawyer. Please, please, please, do not ever do business with this bank. I am not certain how they are legally still doing business.

  Do not use this bank!!! I was out of town for the memorial day weekend and my debit card was declined every time I tried to use it. This bank has no after hour customer service so I was basically left without access to funds all weekend. I called first thing Tuesday morning and was placed on hold for 45 minutes to finally be told that because I was out of town ( 2 hours away at Elephant butte) the bank thought my card was being fraudulently used. I was told I need to call the bank and let them know when I go out of town so this doesn't happen again. Ridiculous that I can not go two hours away from my home with out calling to ask permission to use my bank card. Stay away from this bank!
