I have always had a positive experience at this location. Costumer service has always been great. The little candy jar at the window reminds me of old school spots my mom would take me to as a kid, it’s a sweet gesture.

They didn't cash my check because I was Black. The two hispanic women talked behind the window about how there could be a stop on my check. They were very suspicious but nobody even tried to verify it. They just made up fake reasons why they couldn't cash it. It was a check from Grand Canyon University 🙄 Anyway... don't believe everything they tell you. If you're Black and they give you a hard time it's because they just don't want to service you 👍🏽

After doing business with them for years they want to tell me there a “new policy” that a 17year old can not cash her check because the guardian doesn’t have court parts of the minor. Mind u the minor brought her passport social security card and her state of New Jersey ID never heard of such an observe policy when the parent name is mot on the check why most they have a court order copy or guardianship! Does the two forms of ID not enough! Clearly! They lost me, my husband, and my two older girls as business! Not like they care but just us as consumers do!
