      Worker did not know Philadelphia was part of Pennsylvania and would not cash my check🤣🤣 Please do better and hire someone who at least can read addresses Check was not from out of the area it was from a bank that was here.. so it was Republic Bank check for a tax return And she clearly said out of state and never corrected herself The address showing Philadelphia was on my address not the local banks 🤷🏻‍♀️ They cashed it at a different United check cashing without an issue I’ve just always used you guys out of habit but will not in the future

      She said that we cannot cash a check from OUT OF THE AREA, not OUT OF THE STATE.

      The person on the phone was extremely rude and apparently if you signed the the money order they won't expect it. Needs better customer service.

      We have no history of your call or a visit in our database for you at our particlular store location. You may have called another location in Wilkes-Barre. Further, the information you claim about the money order doesn't match our guidelines which is also another reason that I believe that you may have called or visited another location than ours. We are sorry for your experience.
