      Never disappointed, sometimes pleasantly surprised, always pleased. This is a small=town bank with a big heart. We always feel welcome. They match their name - United COMMUNITY Bank. Never considered going elsewhere since building our home here 19 years ago.

      Very disappointed. Hard to get hold of individuals to assist. I have gone into the bank with the documents and have left multiple messages for a simple change of signatory on an account. 3 days and still waiting. At this point, I would pull my personal account if I had one at this bank.
