  I went to a local BB&T bank at (2 Burnt Church Rd, Bluffton, SC 29910) and asked for a roll of quarters in exchange for my $10 bill. The lady behind the glass in the drive through said “are you a customer” I said “no, we are from out of state and don’t have a bank nearby to go to.” The lady said “Yeah, we don’t deal with customers request unless they are banking with us.” I then proceeded to explain that “the target would not give me quarters, the gas station would not give me quarters, the hotel we are staying at would not give me quarters and we needed to wash our clothes, we don’t have a local bank anywhere near by to go to.” The lady said “yeah there is nothing I can do unless you are a customer banking with us.” I then drove off and went to this United Community bank at (52 Burnt Church Rd, Bluffton, SC 29910) and walked in and the lady said hi welcome, how can I help you. I politely asked for a roll of quarters, making small talk about how hot it was that day. The lady said absolutely and handed me a roll of quarters for my ten-dollar bill. Beyond glad to finally find some good customer service. Thanks for making great customer service your top priority.
