      I realized on Saturday that my Debit card would expire on Monday/chatted through the app w/Leslie who advised a new card had been mailed, but I hadn't received it. She advised me to the Myrtle Beach location to get a new card on Monday. I did and I was helped by an aboslute Customer Service Professional named Ms. Deronda Edwards. She was very kind, helpful, and perfectly efficient in listening and acting on my need. I left there with a smile and a new debit card. Thank you so much for being great at your job young lady, what started out as an inconvenience turned into an opportunity to meet a very fine young lady.
