      Extremely rude customer service. I was left to sit in the drive thru with no further communication after they took my check. I could see the girl sitting after she showed the check to someone else. We had to go into the bank to find out what was going on. The original girl that took my check only answered questions as shortly as possible before calling on the manager to tell me what was going on. They wouldn't deposit the check because it wasn't addressed to me (it was endorsed to me by the recipient, who also went into the bank with me). They've deposited this check before on 4 separate occasions. I was told I would need to go to the bank on the check and get it cashed and then bring it back. I cut out the middle man and just took my business to the other bank. If it actually is their policy to not do this, then they are far too inattentive for me to feel comfortable, as its gotten past them 4 times in a row. If they were at the very least polite, I would have understood. This is not the first time I've encountered rude employees with this bank at multiple locations. I will never be back, stay far away if you want good customer service.
