Went on Friday to open a locker and the Lashaun in charge has been giving me a run around since then 3 days now and jo sign of opening a locker, employees lie that they are with a customer which they want when I walked in after speaking over the phone, keep pushing responsibility on each other.... plain lazy... wish ptc branch closed since employees her dont want to work here anyways..... would be loosing all my business accounts soon....

What has happened to this bank over the last few years? Customer service has become HORRID especially at the Peachtree City location. Fees have gone through the roof and interest on savings is atrocious. Have found much better options locally. Do your homework, you'll be glad you did!
