      I went to open an account a couple of days ago. I dealt with Deborah Herry and everything went very smoothly. Ms. Herry even called me the next day to assist in my getting the online features set up (getting my statements online gives me a checking and savings account with no fee). She was very friendly and professional and all of the interactions I saw between all employees and customers were very friendly. Seeing the level of customer service on my visit and the follow up is very refreshing after the usual customer service I have seen.

      Opening an account was easy Kevin. Is a great guy .I couldn't get my debit card in mail when I asked to have it fedex.to me I was told it would be a 100 dollar charge.i may have to reconsider my banking options.ive never heard of that costing so much just for a card .I may not have much in there but that's just ridi culous.
