  I have family who bank here and they have no complaints. They enjoy the services provided as well as the customer service. The only thing they'd like to see added is a way to deposit cash through the ATM. Currently this is not something this bank offers, at least at this location. There are other local banks who do offer this particular service. Other than that, it's recommend.

  Tried to work with Lisa gave her all of our details and numbers upfront she said everything looked really good gave us a preapproval told us she would get back with us after the weekend couldn’t get a hold of her for almost two weeks after we put down an offer. I text message, emailed, called, left voice messages across 1.5 weeks did everything I could do to try and reach her finally got a response from her admin asking for something not possible. Super frustrated at the lack of communication and that they ran our credit and gave us a preapproval when they truly couldn’t approve us for the amount we were asking for all along and misleading us to believe that we were on track to be approved.
