      Car Loans are great, but as far as people answering phone calls/returning phone calls gets ZREO stars. Every time I need a question answered, I have to physically go up there. And to have the same phone number for ALL branches, instead of direct phone numbers is just crazy. Epically when the "call center" doesn't even pick up.
