  The United Consumers Credit Union branch located in Olathe, KS is a fantastic credit union. Full stop. But I'm confused by the amounts of negative reviews posted below... I've been banking with UCCU for at least 6 or 7 years and I've never had a negative experience. In fact, this is hands down the best bank I've ever used. I can tell you this, don't let these negative reviews posted here dissuade you from walking through the door and speaking with a representative of the branch. UCCU wouldn't be in business today if they actually screwed over their customers. Anyone can fart out a new gmail account and leave a negative review, and to be honest, I don't believe any of these reviews are authentic. The reason so many people bank here is because the people are fantastic, and the services meet and exceed expectation. Give them a shot!   Do not get a loan through here. I have had a difficult time with getting things communicated effectively. I was late for the 1st time in 4 years due to having surgery and lossing my job. I communicated, they said it was fine. No one told me the effects to my credit, when i have paid on time for years. They hurt my credit, played phone games. I could call, then be told someone else would call me, then the game would just continue to another person. I ASK FOR 15.00 CHARGE TO BE REMOVED. NEVER HAVE I NEED LATE. NOT ONCE. ENDED UP EATTING RHE 15 DOLLARS THEN PAID 2 months and got told today im 15 days behind. Do not get a loan here, buyer beware!!!

  They charge $14.95 to make a payment online. I've never had to pay a fee to make a payment online. I have to go out of my way to drive to the bank and drop off a payment. I prefer to avoid mailing it because it may or may not get there in time. The people are friendly so this is more about the bank's inconvenient services.

The $14.95 charge is for immediate loan payments using a debit card or credit card. We do offer our members a free way to make payments through online banking/bill pay or our mobile app using ACH - even if the payment is coming from another bank or credit union.
