      Poor security. Went to deposit a check and they put it into the wrong account. They then blamed me for their misreading of the number. Cheryl was very rude and I never received an apology for the matter. I have an idea, verify my name is on the account... She actually asked if a 4 was a 9 or 6???

      Seriously hands down the best bank I’ve ever in my life banked with when my spouse and I make a mistake with our account they always help resolve the issue, unlike my last bank(Nodaway) would of said that’s our fault. Which that’s not the only reason the employees are just amazingly nice and treat you like a friend and will forever bank with them for the rest of my life. Thanks United
