      Some people say it’s fake but I signed up with them and they were very helpful. I didn't understand some of the concepts so they went through it with me and they were very polite. They also kept it very professional and made me feel safe

      Got a cold Call (standard), I have been out of school and paying on my loans since 2013 - still get calls all the time. The way they lower your payment is fudging the information sent to the loan servicer, and I quote from our conversation "...they don't check the family size unless it is vastly off from IRS."...... so essentially they fudge your submission to lower your payment and charge monthly = nothing you cant do. Also they claimed they did not call me - blamed on the lead generating companies so I never found out how they got my number.
