      I absolutely love UFCU. I have never once had an issue with the service I’ve received at any branch. Also never had any issues with online banking or my accounts. 100% suggest banking with them!

      Lauren at the niles branch is very unprofessional I wouldn't recommend using her, I've been with united for 11 years and this is by far the worse experience I've had. I will be closing my accounts there and going to circle credit union

      You should really put a 'We pick and choose which people are allowed to use their own money' sign on the front door. Or at least have one that says 'good business horrible employees' had an empoyee ruin my check so i cant even cash it at all
