  Update: I had such a good experience with Izzy for my rental refinance that I worked with him again on a primary home purchase a year later. As always, Izzy was incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout the entire process. He had us cleared to close in record time (less than 3 weeks) and helped us save a lot of money along the way. Can't recommend him highly enough! Couldn't have asked for a better refinancing experience. Izzy is exceptionally communicative and helped me quickly identify the best loan for me (after researching 90+ options!). I felt completely at ease through the entire process. As hiccups surfaced (no fault of his own), Izzy was on top of it and got the issues resolved quickly. Highly recommend.

  Excellent experience with Izzy Khalil! Knowledgeable, excellent communications, extremely helpful...process was super fast and relatively painless. About 3 weeks from start to close! If you are looking to refinance than look no further than Izzy. He’s the man!

  I couldn’t have asked for a better financial guru then Izzy. I am truly blown away by his dedication, professionalism, tenacity, and ability to listen to what I actually wanted and get to exactly what I needed. He is highly knowledgeable and it showed. I was in a unique situation as many of us are with this COVID19 environment affecting military movements. I wasn’t able to get to Virginia In order to physically take care of the housing paperwork but Izzy was innovative and made it as easy as possible for me. I’m now settling in my home and every day I’m still in awe of how much I love it and I owe it to him! When I inevitably have to move again, I will hope that Izzy is apart of my team because he is truly the best.
