      If you value honesty and meeting your contractual deadlines, DO NOT work with United Northern. After EIGHT extensions they could not close our 203k mortgage even though we provided them with all necessary information. They blame FHA underwriters and the realtors for writing an unrealistic timeline in our loan, but couldn't close our loan even forty days past our original closing date. They advised us to sign a document lying to the FHA, a federal organization. They lied to us and our 203k contractor. Do not recommend.
