I have requested multiple times via email and over the phone to get my PMI removed with Zero response. A rep told me that it was mailed to me but I never received anything at all. I would hope anyone that gets this company jumps ship as I would rather have a 7% int rate than deal with this garbage company with awful Customer service. Completed a BBB complaint today as well and will write the President of the company a letter as well. Worst customer service experience with no contact at all.

This has been the worst experience of my life. This company cannot get it together. I have been in a loan modification since NOVEMBER!!!! We have signed and notarized the same papers 4 times for this loan modification and there is a problem every time. So I FLEW 2,000miles to get this notarized with my co-signer and still we are having issues. Im already looking at other companies to move to. Again this is the worst mortgage company in the United States. I have a "dedicated loan specialist" whole never calls back and never answers my call. I've gotten escalated to "customer care servicing liaison" who also does nothing. He says this will be handled personally and nothing happens. DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
