  I love coming to this branch. Girls working here are on top of their tasks! They know exactly how to satisfy customers while following the rules of the bank. They always go above and beyond to help me. The assistant manager is the best!!!!

  I totally recommend Unity Bank. I bank with the Linden Branch and I love the professionalism of the tellers as well as their leaders. Working with Tom and Brianna is a true pleasure. I have always used big banks and I regret not moving to Unity sooner. Thank you Tom! You make your customers feel amazing and I feel welcomed and appreciate the great service when I call, email or go in person. Brianna thanks for your superb service and your quick responses whenever I need assistance. Lastly thanks for supporting our non profit PRAE. You have made a difference and we are grateful. Please bring a branch to Elizabeth, NJ

  ORIGINAL REVIEW: I showed up today to Linden at 4:50 in a total panic because I couldn't get the online statements to load on my computer. It's for something we need to send out tomorrow (I just learned about it today). Suzanna (I believe -- as good as they are with names, I am terrible! Sorry!) printed my statements, no questions asked. I love this bank. I've been here a little over a year and a half. I'm in here often enough (every 2-3 weeks or so) they know me by name and face. Everyone who works here is really, really nice and goes above-and-beyond. I will NEVER leave this bank as long as they keep doing what they're doing. UPDATE 4/2/2016: On 3/31/16 I visited the Somerset location, my first time going to another Unity branch. Till now I've only ever been to Linden. I'm happy to report the people who work for this branch are just as nice and awesome as those in my home branch. Annette T. was my teller and helped me count money after another bank gave me too-small bills. Alexander S. also assisted, inviting me to a business networking event for Unity -- as well as helping me get a new debit card (my old one is getting on in age and the magnetic strip is wearing down). He followed up with me via e-mail about the debit card too! Great people, great bank -- I love that even though I have only visited this branch once, I feel the next time I walk in I might be recognized and named! The branch was very clean, well-organized, and convenient, with plenty of parking. UPDATE 5/3/18: I am still with Unity Bank, and I still love Unity Bank. I don't go into the branches so often anymore since their mobile app can deposit checks online now. But I still love Unity Bank, and I recommend this bank to literally EVERYONE I discuss banking/finance with. UPDATE 8/18/18: Back again. I opened a Business Checking account with Unity, and Tom Kasper (Relationship Manager/Assistant Vice President) helped me with the account as well as a small problem I had with the online account. You can literally email back and forth with a bank rep on a Saturday if you have their card. I have no idea what benefits anyone is seeing from banking elsewhere to be honest. I know if I have another problem in a few months I can email Tom or any one of the other reps who have helped me over the years, and I will get a personalized, real response from an actual human being. Seriously amazing .
