The rep didn't even called to find out if daughter had gotten the locksmith to open her apartment door.

I’m sorry your daughter was locked out of her house but as I told you on the phone we do not handle lock outs. We are not in an apartment community within a short distance to the homes we manage to handle something like that. And since you’re not a tenant of ours and the tenant did not call us personally we are unable to give you details or call you about your daughter. We can only speak to the tenant directly.
