      I had very bad experience with Epic Funding, they are very rude and don’t process properly. Think once before doing mortgage or refinance process with them.

      — CAUTION — I imagine that this team MAY be able to process a very simple application, but admittedly do not have the expertise to advise on loan options, ability to interprets income documentation, and seem to lose track of PII - personal information. As other reviewers state, some resources are rude and unwilling to pick up the phone because they are “busy”. Some will ask you to spend money and then back track that they didn’t known that they were wrong. The GM does not follow up and requests to address issues are met with a response that leadership does not talk with clients. Deals do not always work. But there is little room in the market for rudeness, lack of expertise, non ownership of mistakes, and very poor communication. Choose one if they MANY other qualified options.
