They appear to be a lot more knowledgeable in person during the sales pitch, but the results spoke for themselves. We were ultimately disappointed with the amount of effort exerted to justify their fees, ended up doing a majority of the work, then had to sell for a lot less than was pitched "based on comparable properties and knowledge of the area." Always get a second opinion before committing to their services and know if it takes more than a week to sell, you will become a lower priority.

I was so excited to hire Urban Cool based on their social media presence. Unfortunately, it was not the experience I had hoped for. Late to most calls and meetings and wish there was more initiative on the realtor's part.
