      I went in with no hope of getting a vehicle bc I don't have the best credit and in transition of finding something fast since my engine blew up in mine and I still owed on it waiting for the previous dealership to take it off my credit. I had been to 12 lots before this one trying to get into something with not having much of a down payment given im a single mom of 2. Kimberly and Kearny went ABOVE and BEYOND and got me on a very nice car and working with my down payment. I really can't say how blessed I was to have found them at the point of me giving up! Again thank yall so much!!

      I was very very unhappy with the trade in I got, I was trying to get my old trade in back but they are not letting me. The vehicle I got was a 2015 chevy equinox it had several problems with it including gas smell coming thru the air vents making me and my children very light headed, the windshield wipers quit working on the car, they key fob was not working correctly, the tire pressure kept going down, and there was a crack in the windshield. I am not a very happy customer right now, I am trying to get my car back that i traded in, if I cannot get it back us auto sales will loose all of my business in general.

      My husband and I were very blessed to have been able to find our car with this amazing company. We had a really bad experience with Cruz Auto sales in Dalton last November. We needed a second vehicle, but we were so nervous and untrusting from our previous experience. Elexi messaged me to ask if I was still interested, and she even listened to me share my concerns. She was very helpful over text before we even drove an hour to get our car. Once we got there we were helped by Michael Corely. He was so friendly and helpful, and very patient. The man who did the signing of our papers with us was equally friendly. We even got to talk about football while he was typing up our paperwork. I have never felt so at home and comfortable with any car compnay before. When we are ready for another vehicle, after this one is paid off of course, we won't go anywhere else. If you need a vehicle, this is the place to go.
