      Negative-100 Ehhhhh at first the experience was good but now I'm letting them know up front they are about to get sued my car was totaled out and they have received the the claim check pay out and I had gap coverage the vehicle has been gone bye-bye so I assume they take the claim money and still trying to get money from me but they still report on my credit as if I still have it and look they never say it's late on my report they just keep adding interest and when you call you also get transferred or the run around but I promise you I always get the last laugh

      I only give it the one star because i have to. I met with D. Wright when i arrived and was given great customer service. Awesome personality. I want to start by taking full responsibility for anything i may have done wrong while going through this process. It was my first time financing anything and i was new to it so i didnt ask the right questions at the time. Professionally the fact that i got a car that wasn't really in as good of condition as it should to be handed of to someone to drive their family around in. I have been through Hell and still have no solution. I am currently still unable to move my car. Yet nothing has been done. BY FAR THE WORST FIRST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!
