      This was my first time using a title loan and I was skeptically. I had called several different places and I was not happy with what they were telling me. I called First American and I spoke with Erica. She was so understanding and polite. I felt so comfortable with her. She helped me so much, she had me in and out in not time. She has a great personality, and she goes out of her way to help you. If I every have to use them again, I hope she is there.
