  I have been a member since '98. I have had numerous auto loans as well as a mortgage. The service has always been exceptional.

  Everyone was generally polite, but when I pointed out that there was extra interest to pay off on my account, and the cashiers check issued only a few days prior that I had brought was not enough, they were very unempathetic, defended themselves to the point of saying they hadn't done wrong. No customer service skills. They even told me that they don't usually have disagreeable people like me come in. Nice way to try and shame me! When I tried to pay off the extra balance, they could not take any form of payment. First they couldn't take my debit card, and then they wouldn't take a credit card - all because their machine was down. They didn't want to try an fix it and said flat out no they weren't going to help. So I had to go to the ATM and withdraw and then pay. There should not have been any extra interest to pay between the few days the check was issued, but they will steal your money anyway they can, and they expect you to be dumb and just pay it without question. Debt is a beast. If you can stay out of it, do. Because, banks don't like when you pay stuff off quickly.
