  Lee was great to deal with twice!! Once when we moved out of state, then less than a year later for a refinance.. He and his team went above and beyond to help- even when things seemed grim- he found a way to help us through hard work and determination- which is endlessly appreciated by us!! This was an important matter to refinance- and when most loan officers would likely say "oh well, we cant do it sorry"- he worked hard through problems to help us time and time again and things finally worked out for both loans-- so we definitely recommend him for all your mortgage needs! Thanks again!! =)

  A few words cannot describe our experience with Lee Smith at US Mortgage Corporation. He was patient, responsive, result-oriented, as well as subject matter expert in the mortgage industry who was willing to share his knowledge. Hopefully our experience would shed light and provide validation for anyone who is looking to work with Lee Smith. As a bachelor in 2007, I successfully purchased a single-family home in anticipation of meeting my future wife. I also purchased to avoid being out priced in a housing market that was booming at the time that was soon followed by a housing crash and we were under (negative equity). My lovely wife and I got married August 2015 and although our home satisfied most of our needs at the time, unfortunately, the neighborhood changed for the worst and continued to head in the wrong direction due to crime. Serious crime involving gunshots, drugs and even murder eliminated the peaceful enjoyment of our home. We even experienced my wife being harassed and even threatened by strangers. As a husband, I was exhausted as I unsuccessfully tried to promote participation and vigilance from my neighbors to fight against such a criminal atmosphere. Finally, the market recovered and we decided it was time to move April 2019. Thankfully with the help of Lee Smith, we quickly found peaceful enjoyment at our new 6,000 square feet dream home which not only restored our peaceful enjoyment but also allows us to take care of our aging parents who have recently been discharged from the hospital as a result of fighting heart disease. The floor plan allows our parents to live on the main level eliminating the danger of stairs to the elderly. Although we qualified for both homes, we were at the ceiling of the debt to loan ratio. We were left scrambling to present our older home at its best value to prospective buyers. In doing so, we received 2 offers in just 12 hours of placing it on the market. Once we sold our new home, we were able to utilize our equity to eliminate remaining consumer debt, expand our cash reserves, increase contributions to our retirement and purchase newer home. Working with Lee Smith was critical to our success as our new purchase involved a HUD home with an aggressive 30 day closing date. We could not afford any mistakes, non-responsiveness or miss any critical milestones related to the heavy documentation by the underwriter. AND LEE DELIVERED! Now in July 2019, we plan on spending our remaining lives at our new dream home as it is a purchase representing both of us as a happily married couple, AGAIN ALL THANKS TO LEE SMITH. Not only Lee had an impact on our purchase, he had an impact on our financial health, happiness and marriage. I hope this review sheds more light clarifying anyone's desire to work with one of the few greatest Mortgage Bankers you will find in the industry.
