If I could give 0 stars I would, Worst experience ever. The workers, especially the loan office, are the absolute WORST. My fiancé is a second time home buyer and never Experienced this. We had problems after buying the house due to this mortgage companies mistakes. They told my fiancé he had to pay off his student loans in order to buy the house, days before closing. Which turned out to be false from further investigation from my husband. The workers who never answered the phones, nor wanted to address the concerns we had. We are currently still having problems with our house and the mortgage a year after purchasing. Please do not use this terrible company!

I used this company in 2019, no problem. I used their services again this year and have nothing good to say. They are supposed to help you find the best lending program and work with you to facilitate the process. Watch out, all they do is work out the best lending program for them to be the lender and profit themselves by selling the loan as you finish signing the closing papers. The appraisal company they hired sub-contracted someone else and that someone else sent someone else who knew nothing about appraisals. I voiced my concern but US mortgage did nothing about it. The day before the loan was supposed to close, US Mortgage Corp. underwriter requested another appraisal because he/she felt the first one was insufficient, The second appraisal was ok but US Mortgage used the first one. At the end, US Mortgage Corp, the company I paid to help find the best lending program for me ended up being the lender and sold the loan with in days if not the same day it was closed. Something not right going on there. 👎
