Sorry I didn't like how my application was processed and handled. It took months. I wasn't given the right information, the person handling my application said things in the beginning just to get my credit report pulled, I wrote down everything she said to make sure, and my documents once I wasn't approved she changed her requirements. Had she mentioned those things I wouldn't have dealt with this place. She was not knowledgeable at times she said 'i have to research and read about that'. I did not receive written communication at the end of the denial. I investigated my credit report and the score they mentioned was not accurate. I had no paperwork given, and no follow through at the end some guy in that office called me and only because I wrote an email requesting what happened with my application. He also didn't seem to understand how my career as a professor wasn't your usual 9 to 5pm, 2 years at one place, I work as an adjunct for various universities for years, he couldn't comprehend that type of work. What bothers me is that if you don't approve people with my background why have me applied. He even dared to ask if i wanted my credit report pulled again so he can check what the other broker did! Very sloppy job here, incompetent people, they place everyone in one box, Tony got on the phone once to introduce himself and never heard from him again. I don't recommend this place, run from it. I am working now with my bank that is professional in the process and especially of such sensitive information that you share.
