      There have been many mishap from this company . They need to train their employees . From Lost paperwork, an appraisal that I had to pay more lack of communication from their representatives. I got so disgusted @left. Now because of their mistake they will not refund me the extra $50.00 from the appraisal fee . Kyle is one rude representative.
