My insurance agent uses this company for their financing. I always pay the whole amount of the policy, but I decided to finance the last renewal. The property was under contract to be sold, and I did not want to deal with a refund after the sale. It was a big mistake, they continued to charge monthly payments after cancellation. I was waiting for clarification before sending the payment, and they called several times a day and sent several emails demanding payment. Even after the insurance company clarified and the check was mailed. They are more like gangsters.
