Horrible experience! Do not use this company, especially if you need a quick close!! The worst experience I have ever had with a title company. I had to ask MULTIPLE times for someone to respond to every email I sent. It took 6 MONTHS for them to tell me there was an issue with what I was asking them to insure. I resolved the issue immediately and then was told, they "underestimated their volume" and the policy would be delayed. 6 months I waited... and they did not feel it necessary to prioritize my policy. To make matters worse, when I responded to them about the delay, they once again completely ignored me. No response from them. DO NOT TRUST ANY POLICY YOU OBTAIN FROM A COMPANY THAT CANNOT EVEN RESPOND TO AN EMAIL.
