      Horrible Horrible customer service, Mariel and Lupe are the worst person to speak to on the phone. Very unprofessional in my perspective hanging up the phone like no other. Instead of finding a solution they just raise their voice and expect for one to listen. They ask for way to mush requirements that are not even in the contract. Mariel being the assistant of the supervisor is that a joke... She is the worst of them all!! Never Never finance with this horrible Loan Company. Wish I could give them Zero stars they don't deserve any at all.

      I do not recommend them they do not give payment receipts and I call and they make themselves struggle with sending the receipts these people do not know how to do their job
