I miss Dallas neighborhood credit union why are you all closed on Saturday smh you can’t even stay open till 12 on a Saturday like most banks.

We do offer a few banking options on Saturdays. Our full-service ITMs allow members to deposit cash and checks (no limit on amount), make loan payments, check account balance, and make transfers between accounts 24/7. Members can also video chat via ITM with a Digital Experience Specialist on Saturdays between 9:00 am and noon. Occasionally, we experience high call volumes during this time, so there may be a short wait. If there is anything else we can do, please let us know by emailing [email protected].
