      Very poor Communication between the processor and underwriting, sales manager Constantly misplacing paperwork documentations with my personal information on it rarely spoke with the loan officer zero transparency lack of urgency to get my loan closed closing date moved three different times due to negligence overall terrible experience for a first time home buyer will not recommend to anyone
