Scott was fantastic! He was responsive, realistic (regarding timelines and how long things take, what was possible with our budgets, etc.), and overall kind. If you're anything like us when you're buying a house, you have a lot of questions. And no matter how silly a question felt, Scott answered it. He never pushed back. He offered suggestions but was never ever ever pushy. Overall, he was supportive. He was a great resource and knew exactly how to navigate the process. He would even answer us when he was doing things to make sure we felt cared about. His team was awesome too and so organized! No fluff, no blowing smoke, just great service from a great guy. Would absolutely recommend Scott and his team to a first-time homebuyer. We're already looking forward to when we can refinance our home with Scott!
