      Rude customer service. I get the feeling they don't want to help you, but help the bank. There are plenty of better credit unions. I would avoid this one. They only have two branch locations so most of my interaction with them is over the phone. I have never had an experience with a bank as bad as this one. At every step, they try and tell you why it's your fault rather than working with you to solve issues that come up. And they aren't nice about it either. If you're reading this, save yourself a big headache and bank somewhere else.
