      I got laid off and fell behind on my loan payment. I have kept it contact with them either by email or phone and they not only put a hold on my acct, but my teenage sons account that I'm on as he's underage. I don't use his account, my name is only on it. And they won't try to help me refinance to lower my payment!! Beware of loans here!!
