  Not satisfied with their service. They rejected my credit card application because I did not have enough credit experience and no credit file. If so, then why they're promoting student credit cards? I simply said to build my credit and apply for the ststude credit card. But the guy at the reception said I don't need student credit card because I am eligible for $1k line of credit. Such a pathetic people who try to sell you more and then reject the things you need. Never have seen such a discrimination against international students.

We want to clarify so you're fully aware of what you're eligible for, our team is planning to reach out to you directly to discuss. In the meantime, some additional information might be helpful. Our credit cards do, in some cases, have criteria in order to qualify – for example our Visa Platinum card requires a more established credit history and longevity, while our Student Card is designed for those currently enrolled. We also offer additional account protection in the form of a Reserve Line of Credit. Again, a team member from the Madison College branch will be reaching out to you to discuss your application and provide clarification.
