  My financial security improved significantly once I stopped banking with UWCU. Worst, most inflexible financial institution I have ever had the misfortune of banking with. Never again!

  My daughter went there to discuss possible fraud on her debit card. She arrived early for her appointment and was told she had to wait outside. When her appointment time arrived she was told the customer before wasn't finished and she would have to go through the drive-thru although they saw she walked. She was forced to discuss confidential information while standing in the drive through, crying because she was cold and frustrated. The person in the drive-thru just conducted business as usual. Completely unacceptable. Her scheduled meeting should've been honored. Extremely disappointed in the complete lack of professionalism of this branch and failure to honor the time scheduled. What is the purpose of coming to the branch if I'm going to discuss it in a drive-thru? It's called a drive-thru for a reason.
