  I have been banking with the Pell City branch of Valley National Bank for a few years now and am quite happy with the services rendered from all the staff. They are always polite and eager to help, providing a friendly and familial experience every encounter.

  I have to tell you that as a senior citizen I have been in a few banks and the people who work there were, most of them, pleasant.But not one comes close to Valley Bank personnel. Wow, their personnel, and I don't even want to call them personnel because they treat you like family....Each and every one of them every time I go into the Bank, or call them on the phone, they are so pleasant and going out of their way to help me with any questions I may have. They are the " Cream of the crop" so to speak and you will not find any other Bank, or business, where their personnel will treat you like Valley Bank's does. Really.
