      This valley bank branch has the most amazing and capable banking team members - Jody was able to mitigate past this issue (a confused customer in many ways) this issue was potentially going to escalate.. still, Jody stayed cool and confident and provided me with a great customer experience!       I called the branch and they told me they were too busy to address a question about an account balance. They promised to call back and they never did. I will be moving my accounts to an institution that serves its customers.
