      The staff are not helpful and did not follow the guidelines of social distancing. I honestly avoid going to this branch in Englewood because the staff are unprofessional. Staff did not ask for ID when making a transaction which is required. So basically anyone can make transactions without ID and the simple informatiom. Multple times Kathy Boyd was not helpful, did not greet us and avoided assisting us. Honestly just go to the one in Hackensack, the staff are friendly and always willing to help.
