      I have been with Valley for over 10 years. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and always ready to help in any way. When I moved out of state, I still kept my account with them because of the great customer service. In those six years there has been no issue that couldn't be resolved by phone or internet. The mobile deposit feature as well as direct deposit, and the availability of credit union ATMs has made banking easy and hassle-free.

      I was looking for a small credit union with personal service when I stumbled into Valley Credit Union. The two ladies I dealt with treated me like royalty. I have moved all of my accounts to Valley. I am so happy to have found them.
