Stopped to check a account balance on my capital one card and the machine goes down. Teller says to come back in 2 days to get my card treating me like I was eather a inconvenience to him or somehow this was my fault. When I demanded my card back that called the police and made a seen. Monday morning the police department calls and says I could have my card back and I am not allowed at that bank anymore. They don’t even have enough customer service to have me come to their bank and get my card. This bank only has two branches and the branch that was in red Bay originally operated out of a trailer. I guarantee myself my wife and none of my six children will ever bank at this place again! Stay away from Valley state bank their customer service is horrible!
