Absolutely atrocious. Non-responsive. The Underwriter had zero interest in ever closing and we were approved (Thais Argimon). For 4+ months they left us hanging without any explanation for their delays. I would definitely NEVER recommend these people..... EVER! They wrote promising to make it up to us but that was another lie!!! NO RESPONSE FROM THEM AT THIS TIME!
